I enjoyed my stay at the Chelsea Harbour Hotel. The spacious Chelsea King Suite offered stunning views of the marina, creating a perfect artistic atmosphere. the outdated furniture left a bit to be desired. a delightful experience.

my recent stay at the chelsea was refreshing compared to my last hotel in london. the serene views over the marina made the mornings feel special, and the afternoon tea was simply delightful. the warm service and thoughtful details, like complimentary chocolates for the birthday surprise, truly exceeded my expectations for a short getaway.

I had a fantastic experience during my stay, particularly enjoying the spacious accommodations and the breathtaking balcony views of the harbor. The breakfast choices were remarkable, with a delightful buffet and freshly prepared items. The staff made us feel special with personalized gestures, which added to the overall charm of our visit. It would be great if the check-in process was smoother as it could use some improvement.

Just spent two nights and I loved the spacious room and luxurious bathroom. The food was excellent, and the spa was a delightful retreat! Would definitely return again.

I had a lovely time at this hotel, enjoying the spacious Chelsea King Suite with stunning views of the marina. The terrace bar overlooking the water was a highlight, perfect for unwinding after a day of exploring London. I did find the breakfast service to be chaotic at times due to staff shortages, which could really be improved.

really nice hotel, the staff was super welcoming, decorated my parents' room beautifully for their bday. they also got a cake, which was such a sweet touch. had an amazing experience overall and will def book again!

only downside was that its a bit pricey and parking cost was really high. also, some cleanliness issues in the room could've been better.

The check-in process is a mess with unprepared rooms!!! The gym facilities need updating, and the dining options fall short of expectations!!! Including inconsistent service quality and reliability issues will help improve overall satisfaction!!!

Not the best experience overall. while the staff were courteous and the location is appealing, I faced several setbacks such as slow service and room issues. I did appreciate the spacious accommodations and the nice breakfast. Improvements are definitely needed.

We had a fantastic time exploring the Design Centre's new showcase, Future Heritage, with our kids in tow. It was great to spot unique pieces while enjoying the lovely terrace with views over the marina-a perfect spot to unwind after a busy day!

My kids wished for better communication about the pool hours. It would be great if the staff could ensure everyone has accurate information to avoid disappointment.
